You can edit, export data, and remove widgets from dashboards.
You must have write permissions for the dashboard you are modifying.
If you do not have the necessary rights or product licenses to view a widget, or if the underlying query for the widget is no longer available, a message displays in place of the widget.
Drag and drop widgets to rearrange the dashboard.
To edit dashboard widgets:
Select Menu → Reporting → Dashboards, to navigate to the Dashboards page.
In the widget navigation bar, select one of these options:

Toggle these options to view the data as a chart only, a table only, or as both a chart and a table.
Select to refresh the widget.
Select to maximize and minimize the widget.

→ EditIn the widget, click the More Options menu in the top-right corner and select Edit.
Chose an option from the Widget Content menu.
Set the refresh interval
Click Save.

→ Export DataIn the widget, click the More Options menu in the top-right corner and select Export Data.
Select the following:
Choose what to export.
Choose to zip the file.
Choose the output format, page size, page orientation, and whether to include a cover letter.
Enter the email addresses of the recipients, separated by a comma, the email subject name, and email body.
Click Export.

→ RemoveIn the widget, click the More Options menu in the top-right corner and select Remove. There is no confirmation dialog, the widget is immediately removed from the dashboard.
