This release of Device Guard module 1.2.1 is supported on Endpoint Security (HX) server 5.3.0 or later with Endpoint Security Agent (HX) 35.31.0 or later. This module is supported on Microsoft Windows 7 and newer operating systems to monitor and/or restrict access to USB devices belonging to class Mass Storage or MTP (Media Transfer Protocol). Devices belonging to other USB classes (keyboard, mice i.e. HID devices, Webcams, hubs, etc.) should operate normally without any restrictions.

This release of Device Guard 1.2.1 is supported on Endpoint Security (HX) server 5.3.0 or later with Endpoint Security Agent (HX) 35.31.0 or later. Administrators can monitor, allow, or block USB mass storage and Media Transfer Protocol (MTP) devices on Trellix managed endpoints.
Currently only devices belonging to class Mass Storage and MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) Usage of the Device Guard module is restricted to administrators and investigator roles.
