TIE introduces a new setting in the policy that enables users to connect to Trellix GTI using IPv6. By default, the system still uses IPv4 for connections. However, this new option allows users to switch to IPv6 if you prefer using it for connection to Trellix GTI.
Task
In ePO - On-prem, select Menu → Policy Catalog → Threat Intelligence Exchange.
Click TIE Settings, then edit My Default Policy Settings.
Select Trellix Global Threat Intelligence, then enable Use IPv6 for GTI connections.
Click Save.
