Uninstall Trellix Agent from the Control Panel for unmanaged systems

You can remove Trellix Agent from unmanaged systems from the Control Panel.

Note

In this scenario, the DXL client gets uninstalled automatically. You cannot uninstall Trellix Agent from the Control Panel in managed systems.

  1. Open Control Panel on the target system.

  2. Select Programs and Features.

  3. Right-click Trellix Agent program and select Uninstall.

  4. Click Yes to confirm uninstall the Agent.

    Note

    If there are products installed on the client system already, Trellix Agent continues to run in the updater mode. In this scenario, the DXL client is not uninstalled.
