The Protocol Connections chart displays all host communication connections between the source IP and destination IP. Filter your search results and analyze all host communications for a single IP address, or single or multiple document types.
View all the host communication connections for a single source IP address:
Follow the steps in the Protocol connections section to add this chart to your dashboard.
Enter a query into the Query bar and click the search icon to run the search.
From the Protocol Connections chart, click on the source IP address or the destination IP address that you want to use as a filter.
Click the search icon in the Query bar to run your query and display the results.
(Optional) Check or clear the file type filter checkbox within the chart panel to refine your search results. The Protocol Connections graph refreshes and displays your filtered results.
