The appliance includes a standard command-line interface (CLI) that can be used to configure, manage, and monitor the appliance.

To log into the CLI using a terminal window or SSH client:

Using the SSH protocol, log in to the appliance using the management interface’s IP address or hostname.
$ ssh username@ipAddress | hostName
When prompted, enter your password.
Password: password
The hostname > prompt is displayed after you are logged in.
