Upgrading your PX appliance using the Web UI

Use the Software Update page from the CONFIGURATION menu to upload the latest PX software image and select the PX appliances you want to upgrade.

To upgrade your PX software through the NDR appliance Web UI:

  1. Click Main_menu.png and from CONFIGURATION, select Software Update.

  2. Click the MANAGE SOFTWARE button to open the Upload Software window.

  3. Click CHOOSE FILE to upload the .fe software image file you received from NDR Customer Support.

  4. Click the UPLOAD button to upload the software image to your NDR appliance.

  5. Click All Appliances to see a list of connected PX appliances and select the appliances you want to upgrade.

  6. Click SOFTWARE UPDATE to open the software update window.

  7. Click the PX Software drop-down to select the PX software image you uploaded in Steps 4 and 5.

  8. Click Update to upgrade your selected PX appliances with the latest software image.
