Create a Smart Installer URL from ePO

You can create a Smart Installer URL (Agent Deployment URL) on ePO - SaaS System Tree and distribute the URL to the endpoint users to install Trellix Agent 5.8.x.

On the ePO - SaaS console, select Menu → Systems → System Tree , then select New Systems.
Enter a custom URL name.
Select the appropriate Agent version for Windows or Non-Windows (Mac or Linux) operating systems from the list.
Note
From version 5.8.3, you can also create deployment URLs to install Trellix Agent from both previous and monthly branches.
Click OK. You can use the Agent Deployment URL to install Smart Installer or send the URL to your endpoint users.
After receiving the installation URL, a user can open browser to access the installation URL, and then download and run the installer.
