Run the Updater tool on the ePO - On-prem server before running it on Remote Agent Handlers.

  1. Run the Updater tool on the ePO - On-prem server.

  2. Run the Updater tool on Remote Agent Handlers.

  3. Make sure that these services aren't running.

    • Agent Handler Service including Remote Agent Handlers (Apache)

    • Event Parser Service

  4. Start the Updater tool.
