Deploying Trellix Agent and SIR using a Smart Installer URL

Generate a custom URL that endpoint users can access to download and run the installer directly.

Log on to your Trellix ePO - On-prem console.
Navigate to Menu → Systems → System Tree, then select New Systems.
Select Create and download agent installation package.
Select the appropriate Agent version for the Trellix Agent for OT package from the operating systems list.
Click OK to generate the URL.
Copy and distribute the URL to your endpoint users.
The user opens the URL in their browser, download the Smart Installer file, and run it.
When the installer runs, both the Trellix Agent and SIR will be installed automatically.
